Our tenants must pay rent on time, take good care of the property, and cause no neighborhood disturbances. In exchange we expect our owners to allow us to provide our tenants with clean well maintained properties and to respond to all reasonable tenant repair requests in a timely and professional manner.

We're looking to rent to applicants who's credit score is at  650 or above, have a stable, verifiable gross income of at least three times the rent of the place they're applying for, and can provide excellent references. It is unlikely that we will place an applicant with a credit score below 650 and a score below 600 will not be considered.

We do not accept section 8 housing
