Fred Pope is the Owner/Broker of Pope Management. Fred came to the Central Coast to attend Cal Poly in 1976, and started his career in Real Estate in 1980.

He and his wife Linda have raised their three sons and reside in Grover Beach.

Fred has served as Treasurer of the Beach Cities Little League and the Arroyo Grande Babe Ruth.

He is a charter member of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors, serving as Treasurer and Local Director.

Fred's management style is to expect owners to maintain their properties well and in turn expect tenants to pay rent on time, take good care of the property, and cause no neighborhhod complaints.
